Description:

Epoxobond EB140u is a low viscosity, highly filled, epoxy formulation which, in addition to having excellent electrical properties, has unusually low thermal expansion.

Mixing Instructions:

Warm Epoxobond EB140U to 100ºF - 125ºF and stir contents thoroughly before withdrawing any material.
Wiegh out required amount of Epoxobond EB140U and weigh into it 2.5 – 3.5 parts Epoxocure 9 per 100 parts Epoxobond EB140U; or 3.5 – 4.5 parts Epoxocure 11 per 100 parts Epoxobond EB140U.
Mix curing agent in thoroughly.
De-air (if necessary) at .5 cm. Hg. For 10 minutes.
Pour into mold or cavity.

Cure Schedule:

Epoxocure 9 – overnight at room temperature; or 2 hours at 150ºF.

Epoxocure 11 – overnight at 125ºF; or 2 hours at 200ºF; or 1 hour at 250ºF.

NOTE: For service temperature above 300ºF, post cure 2 – 3 hours at 325ºF to 350ºF.
