Epoxocast EB-502 LV is a clear, unfilled epoxy with very low viscosity for general purpose casting and impregnation, exhibiting excellent electrical and physical properties.

Mixing Instructions:

Weigh out required amount of Epoxocast EB-502 LV and weigh into it 12 parts Epoxocure 9 per 100 parts Epoxocast EB-502 LV; or 16 parts Epoxocure 11 per 100 parts Epoxocast EB-502 LV.
Mix curing agent in thoroughly.
Evacuate for 2-5 minutes if void-free castings required.
Pour into cavity, mold, etc

Cure Schedule:

Epoxocure 9 – At room temperature for 4-8 hours. Full properties after 24 hours.

Epoxocure 11 – ½ lb. masses: Cure 2-3 hours at 70°C.

Post Cure 2-3 hours at 100°C.

2 lb. masses: Cure 2-3 hours at 60°C.

Post Cure 2-3 hours at 100°C.

Larger masses: Cure overnight at room temperature.

Post cure 2-3 hours at 75°C; or 1 hour at 100°C.
