Epoxy Bond HM is a two component, 100% solids, structural adhesive used for
bonding new concrete to old concrete. It is a high modulus, moisture
insensitive bonding agent that can be used for patching and grouting either
wet or dry surfaces.
MEETS ASTM C-881, TYPE I II, III, GRADE 2, CLASS B
Positive bonding of new
concrete to old, eroded or spalled concrete surfaces. Remedial maintenance,
waterproofing and restoration of all concrete surfaces.
More than twice the
strength of concrete
Long pot life, and long
Can be applied by brush,
roller or spray
Can be applied to
vertical or horizontal surfaces
Easy mix ratio 1:1
As a bonding agent,
coverage will vary between 60-80 square feet per gallon for rough surfaces;
80-150 square feet per gallon on smoother surfaces.

of application should be clean and sound. Use conventional cleaning methods
such as acid etching or mechanical scarification. Surface may be dry or damp,
but free of standing water.
1. Stir each
2. Blend 1 part of base to 1 part of reactor by volume
and mix completely. Make sure to scrape sides and bottom of mixing can. When
material is mixed completely, it will be a uniform gray color, with no streaks
Mixed material may be applied by
brush, roller or spray. After applying epoxy bonding agent, allow it to set for
15-20 minutes so that it becomes a little tacky.
Fresh concrete should be
placed within 2 hours after coating @ 77 degrees F. , or before
becomes tack free.
