Injection Epoxy

Description

INJECTION-EPOXY is a 100% solvent free, two component low viscosity epoxy. It is a fast setting epoxy designed for application by injection under pressure. INJECTION-EPOXY is non-shrinking and capable of positive rebounding, sealing and filling cracks and voids.

Basic Uses

Restore structural and design strength to cracked concrete structures.

Prevents corrosion of reinforcing steel by encapsulating against water contact.

Stop leakage of water and fields through cracks.

Anchoring bolts and other structural supports more securely into concrete bases.

Permanently repairs bridge supporting members, concrete storage tanks, concrete walls, dams, reservoirs, nuclear power plants, aircraft, runways, etc.

Limitations

Do not use when surface and air temperatures are below 42 degrees F.
Exposure to temperatures exceeding 150 degrees for long periods of time is not recommended.

Surface Preparation

Surface must be clean, sound and dry. Dirt, dust, rust, oils, old coatings and other contaminants should be removed before applying EPOXY-GEL PATCH. The best methods for preparing the surface are shot blasting, aqua-blasting or acid etching.

Mixing Instructions

Mix 2 parts of Part A, 1 part of Part B by volume, and mix completely,
